We painstakingly arrange 4 pounds of cold-smoked, slow-cured, thin-sliced nova lox on a large platter with red onions, capers, and lemon slices. The resulting product is almost too beautiful to consume...emphasis on 'almost'!
The lox platter comes in one size only and feeds roughly 15-20 people. It includes:
- 4 lbs premium nova lox
- Red onions, lemons, and capers as garnish & toppings
